Honest, thorough Water Line Repair
Supply-line failures are different from drain failures: the water is under pressure, so a small problem becomes a big one quickly. We locate the leak first — pressure, sound, and visual inspection rather than opening walls hopefully — then repair or replace only the failed section. Copper pinholes, split polybutylene, corroded galvanized, and pushed-apart compression joints are what we see most in this area.
Older Brantford and Paris homes often still run galvanized supply lines that have narrowed to a fraction of their original diameter from the inside. If that is why your pressure has dropped, no amount of fixture work will fix it, and we will tell you that plainly rather than sell you a new faucet. Where a main water line into the house has failed, we handle the excavation and replacement and coordinate the shut-off with the city.
