Honest, thorough Toilet Repair & Installation
Most toilet problems come down to a handful of parts — the flapper, fill valve, wax ring, or supply line — and most of them are a straightforward repair, not a replacement. We tell you honestly which one you are dealing with. A toilet that runs constantly can waste hundreds of litres a day and quietly add to your water bill; a toilet leaking at the base is a subfloor problem waiting to happen and should not wait.
When replacement is the better value — a cracked tank, a bowl that has been repaired twice already, or an old high-volume flusher you want gone — we set the new one on a fresh wax ring, shim it level, secure it without overtightening the porcelain, and check the flush and the seal before we leave. If your toilet clogs repeatedly no matter what you do, the problem is usually downstream in the drain, not in the toilet, and we camera it rather than sell you a new fixture.
