Honest, thorough Bathroom Plumbing
Bathrooms hold more plumbing per square foot than any other room, and in older homes they hold the oldest plumbing too. We handle the whole room: slow or backing-up tub and sink drains, running or leaking toilets, dripping shower valves, poor pressure at one fixture, venting that gurgles, and the smell that means a dried-out or improperly vented trap.
For renovations we rough in supply and drain lines to where your new layout actually needs them, set the fixtures when the finishes are ready, and coordinate with your contractor so the plumbing is not the thing holding up the job. Moving a toilet or shower drain is a drain-slope question, not a preference — we will tell you early whether your layout works with the existing stack or needs rework, which is much cheaper to hear before the floor is open.
